E-Power Tiger 550W (EP-550P5-T1) Modular PSU : Review

Added to the directory: Wed, 16 Nov, 2005. Source: PimpRig.

Quote: How does it compare to my old Antec True 480W PSU? Using the recording feature on the Asus Probe software, I compared both units under no load (for 5 minutes, right after booting) and under gaming load (10 minutes, Battlefield 2 single player mode). Both the Vcore and the +5V fluctuated within the same range for both units, but the ePower seems to provide a more stable +12V and Vcore than the Antec PSU.
