EZ Watcher 3060 Barebone System : Review

Added to the directory: Wed, 05 Nov, 2003. Source: LegitReviews.

Quote: Today we are taking a look at the PC Chips SFF barebone system called the EZ Watcher. It is being marketed by the slogan "Get More CPU Power" and this is due to the external overclocking knob found on the front of the case. Therefore the EZ-Watcher allows the end user to adjust the CPU frequency without needing to access the BIOS or using any software. With an exclusive CPU speed monitor and CPU Tuner, it allows even the beginner to take full control of their system. You don't need to be an enthusiast, or read the user's manual -- just rotate the overclocking knob and you are done. This makes me cringe as I know how some people overclock without knowing what they are doing, but I can see how this simple overclocking method can appeal to non-enthusiast crowds.
