While this makes it heavier than other mousepads, the weight does contribute to the riveted stability of the board once it’s set down onto the table. The other thing that makes it impossible to push the board across the table is the four gel-like feet underneath the board that seem to cement the mousepad to the table. As the feet appears to be permanently fixed into the board, having them peeling or wearing off would be highly improbable.
