If it be by a weird looking fan or an improvement to the traditional design to help quiet it down yet keep performance up. In the past only a few things determined a good cooler, how much copper it had and how much air the fan pushed. This would create a heavy, loud and expensive cooler. Thanks to the advancements in cooler technology over the past 12 months, we see companies doing so much more. Today we will see just how much more and if these new designs help keep our processor cooler or not.
