  • Crossover Mission 5 water cooling kit   [Review, Thetechlounge]
I have been fidgeting around with water cooling for some time now. Our first review of a water cooling kit was the budget Ahanix Iceberg 1. If you decide to jump into water cooling, do not expect a budget kit, such as the Iceberg 1, to provide good temperatures. The cheaper kits usually don't perform much better than a much, MUCH cheaper air cooling solution. Today we will be looking at the Crossover Mission 5 water cooling kit courtesy of Xoxide. This kit, another budget solution, is around $40 more than the Iceberg 1. Will it perform better than the Iceberg 1? Let's hope so...

  • 3-Way Thermal Interface Material Shootout   [Roundup, TweakTown]
With processors and video boards getting more powerful, they are also getting considerably hotter. Anyone with a computer needs to take a look at cooling. But there is more to this topic than just a good heatsink. There also has to be a manner to transfer the heat built up from the processor TO that good heatsink. This is where a good Thermal Interface Material (TIM) comes into play. Come join Mike "Darthtanion" Wright as he pits Arctic Silver III against OCZ Ultra II against Arctic Silver Ceramique. Who knows, the results just might surprise you!

  • Cooler Master Aero 4   [Review, Systemcooling]
Cooler Master is bringing its unique blower style fan to the Intel world. Today we’re going to take a look at the new Aero 4. Similar in design to the Aero 7 which is used on AMD chips, the Aero 4 uses a radial style blower fan, along with a built in speed control to allow for fan rpm adjustment. That’s comforting to those of us who are trying to introduce a bit of quiet into our computing life.

  • Aerogate II ALD-V02   [Review, Envynews]
Air cooling is the most popular and cheapest form of radiational cooling available. The more fans connected, however, increases the power needed as well as the sound emanating from the box. Cooler Master designed the Aerogate II specifically with fan control and ease of use in mind. With the ability to control four separate fans, as well as monitor temperatures through four distinct probes, this baby does not fail to deliver.

  • CoolerMaster Aero 7 Lite   [Review, cooltechzone]
We like the fact that CoolerMaster pays close attention to both perspectives {Performance & Looks}. CoolerMaster was kind enough to send us Aero 7 Lite HeatSink for AMD Processors. Aero 7 Lite is basically a small sister/brother to Aero 7+. We are using Aero 7+ in our labs for a long time and we have been really impressed with it. Unlike Aero 7+, Aero 7 Lite is very affordable. Let’s find out if this heatsink can stand up to its sister/brother Aero 7+.

  • Next-Cool W-Zero   [Review, Bit tech]
Radiators are an important part of most watercooling setups the theory is that the thermal energy in the water is released to the air flowing through the radiator's fins. In this review I will take a look at a couple of radiators from Next-Cool. The Italian company produce some beautiful kit including the WaterCUBE GT3 which we reviewed back in January.

  • Corsair Hydrocool 200 Watercooling   [Review, Hexus]
How would we summarise our Hydrocool 200 findings ?. We'd say that it's an excellent platform from which to start your watercooling adventure. Decent component selection and integration takes most of the hard work out of it. Its external nature may be either a benefit or a hindrance to you. Priced at around £185, it isn't cheap. Recommended to those that want a hassle-free entrance into the world of watercooling.

  • OCZ Gladiator 3   [Review, Aselabs]
When I opened the box from OCZ Technology I was confronted with a clear plastic package of the Gladiator 3 and a 3 gram tube of OCZ Ultra II thermal compound (no package ripping here). I have never had the chance to test a Textured Finned Technology (TFT) heatsink and was looking forward to putting one to the test. You could also refer to this HSF as a baby Gladiator 2, as it is also of solid copper design only 14mm shorter and 60mm square (as opposed to 62x70mm) with quieter fan options.

  • The Cool Mouse (Mod)   [Article, Bjorn3d]
There are many different ways the body deals with this extra heat, but one of the more common is sweating. When people think of sweat, many associate it with the underarm, since this has both visual and nasal displays. But many people also suffer from what I like to call “sweaty hand syndrome”, or SHS. SHS can lead to a slippery mouse, which later leads to decreased performance, and the inevitable excuses as to why a player just didn’t do so well that last round.

A few last products that have also been used heavily would be heatshrink and sleeving.
