  • SilenX 350W PSU   [Review, Ocaddiction]
Reliable. Powerful. Silent. I'm glad AHANIX chose this order of words to form their caption. It shows that even though the entire series of SilenX PSUs stresses the feature that it is very quiet, they still put reliability and power before it. I mean, what use is a quiet PSU if it isn't reliable and not powerful?

  • Blue X-Dreamer Mid Tower Case   [Review, Thetechlounge]
When I pulled the XPCases exclusive Blue X-Dreamer case from the box, my first impression was ‘Wow.’ This case is a lot nicer looking in real life than the pictures on XPCases’ site. The silver color is very sleek and the case has an overall modern feel to it. Check out the review.

  • Five power supplies compared   [Roundup, Tech-report]
I'VE SAID IT before and I'll say it again: power supplies are continually the most neglected PC component. It boggles my mind how many systems I see with swanky LCD monitors, high-end graphics cards, screaming-fast processors, and flashy artistic modifications all powered by no-name power supplies that are often the root of stability problems. Would you dare put cheap gas in a Porsche? Of course not, yet I continue to see enthusiasts putting cheap power into their high-end PCs.

  • Enermax CS-56881LBFS Case   [Review, Overclockercafe]
There are the jobs that resemble something out of the droid auction from the original Star Wars movie. More recently, Enermax has put out some more traditional type cases looking for a broader appeal in the computer chassis market. Today we are fortunate enough to have a look at the CS-5688 case. We want to extend our thanks to Maxpoint for making this review possible.

  • Xoxide Airbrushed Cases   [Review, Overclockercafe]
The case we have here is an X-Turbine pre-modded case from Xoxide. This case is a rather nicely equipped inexpensive base for the airbrushing. The paint adds quite a bit I think to it. Here are some pics of the job Xoxide did with their airbrushing. Some of the detail is nice. I especially like the rust colored accents.

  • Antec Sonata (LS138)   [Review, Hardwarezone]
The Antec Sonata is a very swell looking case whose case design had a lot of thought for users demanding a quiet system. Its default configuration ships with a powerful Antec TruePower 380W PSU, a 120mm exhaust case fan and the option to install yet another 120mm fan. Rest assured that Antec's Low Noise Technology would keep the noise level low. However, there were a few drawbacks that prevented it from being 'The One'. Find out more in this review if this casing can still be suitable for you.

  • Maxtop CSX-001 Case   [Review, Bjorn3d]
Do good things come in small packages? B3D attempted to find that out with Maxtop's CSX-001 MicroATX case. Things were looking good for the little PC that could, until a lightning storm came along and ended the party a bit early. But the review must go on!

  • Antec Sonata Mid Tower Case   [Review, Thetechlounge]
Just by looking at this case, you can tell it is quality. The Antec name stylishly drilled into the side panels, the flawless automotive paint job, the chrome I/O door and buttons, all calling your name, begging you to hear the silence. As you know by now, one of the Sonata’s main selling points is the fact that it emits very little noise. Both the included 120mm fan and the Silent 380W PSU are capable of running under stressed conditions while emitting very little sound. So far this case has looks and low sound emission, let’s see what else Antec has for us...

  • RaidMax Scorpio-668   [Review, Envynews]
RaidMax, a firm which carries a great line of computer cases, but judging by their name, one would expect a line of large RAID array systems. The Scorpio-668 case product which they market comes in 5 styles; black, blue, lime, silver and yellow. The case we received today for review was blue and one thing is for sure - its sexy. Sporting multi-colored LED fans, blinking and pulsing front-panel lights, and a roomy interior, this is one case that will appeal to the inventive folk out there.

  • Vantec Nexus NXP-301   [Review, Extensiontech]
Rheobuses seem to be getting more and more common. That is a great thing for the community as a whole, actually. Not everyone wants to listen to a whirring PC, wherever the location of their box is. There have only been a few good variations of rheobuses so far. This is one of them. The NXP-301 has a built-in inverter to control a dual set of CCFL's in sound activation mode, or turn them on/off. While that seems very neat, let's take a closer look...

  • Enermax UC-A3FATR2B Monitor   [Review, Envynews]
Fan Controllers - you know them, you might even use them. They are those case bay products with switches or dials that slow your noisy fans down or shut them off. The premise is you are able to use your computer quietly while writing reports, but when you need maximum cooling power for things like gaming, you turn your fans on/up even though it is a bit noisy. Most are 5.25-inch bay products, but few have occupied the spot where your 3.25-inch floppy drive used to be. Enter the Enermax 3.25-inch Fan Controller.

  • Kingwin KT-424 WM Aluminum Case   [Review, Overclockercafe]
Kingwin put out their first high end case in May of 2002, the KT-436 and KT-436-WM. Both cases were well received by the hardware community due to the long list of features and the quality of their construction. Here we are a year later and Kingwin has made some changes and has a new flagship case, the KT-424. As you will soon see the KT-424 puts into place many more things than just a face lift.
