US Housing Bubble
I was watching a press interview on TV yesterday about the US housing bubble. It is incredible what consequences could come out of a collapse in the US housing bubble. I would suggest that anyone that owns a house, wants to buy a house, or wants to sell a house read the following articles. I always thought that owning a house was smarter than renting (and it still maybe for someone that has not bought into the overappreciated housing market), but from what I have gathered now is maybe that best time to rent (at least in certain regions) or at least not buy a house.
Should I rent or buy? Here is a housing calculator put out 08/03/2005.

I really like the housing calculator!!
I know that not everyone necessarily agrees that there is a housing bubble or that it will collapse…but I am a girl that understands trends and something seems to be up here. Housing prices that are 45% greater than the 50-year trend when adjusted for inflation, it seems possible that something bad this way may come.

Just read a story on reuters.com about a funny T-shirt that parodies the “housing bubble” concern.
T-shirt: Mr. Housing Bubble
