19 inch notebook? Samsung says yes!
Apparenty, Samsung will be the first company to unleash a 19-inch notebook (laptop) upon us, and it will be as soon as October. Sounds huge, right? Well, it is a widescreen notebook at least, with a reported 1680 x 1050 resolution. I’m surprised it’s not higher resolution. I would guess it will be a Pentium M notebook to help reduce size, and I read that the graphics will be NVIDIA-based.
I’ve also read that Dell will be releasing a 19 inch notebook in early 2006! Exciting stuff.
Still, a 19 inch laptop seems rather strange. Samsung’s version might even have a removable screen!
